Our Return Policy

*We will gladly accept returns on new merchandise as long as it is sent back unworn and in acceptable condition (free from wear, stains, odor, and any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new) and with all original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please return the item with a note or email as to why you are returning it, and we will credit your original form of payment 
(excluding applicable shipping costs) within 3-4 business days.

 
 
Head West does not accept returns on one-of-a-kind or vintage items.
We do our best to be accurate about condition and measurements 
but these pre-owned items are non-returnable. 

All sale items are final.

 
 
 
International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing 
shipping costs, duties, custom fees, and taxes on returned items.

 
 
All items purchased at Head West's brick-and-mortar location, 
are eligible for store credit or exchange only.*
